About

The Research and Development Committee is committed towards enhancing the research profile of the institution. For this purpose, the committee constantly endeavors to encourage, enable and promote research environment in college through its various programs, workshops and seminars for faculty members as well as students. Developing the habit of scientific temper rather than mere bookish learning, traditional lecture or laboratory courses among the students is extremely necessary in today’s education. In view of this, a Research and Development Committee of Bhuvan Malti College of Education has been established. The committee encourages, not the students alone, the teachers too to engage in research. It emphasizes the importance of involving the teaching faculties in research activities in relation to their respective areas of studies or interest on the one hand and pertaining to contemporary issues, on the other hand.

Aims & Objectives:-

• To encourage and promote cutting-edge research based on the proven capabilities and expertise of our faculty and students.
• To help facilitate strengthening of the Institute's research capabilities; proactively promote basic research and monitor quality of research work done.
• To organize seminars, conference of college, national or international level and also proposes to take up research projects from various sources.
• To Promote faculty to organize and attend conference/STTP/workshops/ Seminars/Training/ FDP for faculty.
• To Create awareness and promote faculty for publication, research contribution and patents.

Aims & Objectives:-

• Encourage the staff to attend /papers in various national/international conferences of their specialized areas/ research-oriented faculty development program.
• To coordinate the research activities among the various Institutions.
• Encourage the faculty to attend various research-oriented faculty development program.
• To identify the potential areas of research in various disciplines for the faculty into various clusters based on their specialization.
• Organised the seminar, conferences, symposium and workshops at National/ International levels.
• Organised the Extension Lecture/ Guest Lecture at National/ International levels.
• Encourage the faculty to publishing research papers and chapters in books etc.
