Profile of the College

Bhuvan Malti College of Education (BMCE) was established in Basatpur, Bada Tola,Motihari,District of Purvi Champaran,Bihar in the year 2012. The College was formerly affiliated to Baba Saheb Bhimrao Ambedkar Bihar University, Muzaffarpur..Presently, the College is affiliated to Aryabhatta Knowledge University, Patna from session 2019-21. The first batch started of B.Ed. Course in 2014.

 

The vision statement of the college is :

• to become an academy of excellence in the teachers’ training and professional Education,
• to explore best educational policies and system of imparting knowledge in the field of teachers’ training and institutionalization.

• To keep upgrading for effective learning resources.

The objectives of the college are as follows:-

• To become a significant power of high quality teacher training programme.
• T o foster academic environment on year to year basis.
• To foster all round personality development of the student teacher.

One of the major attempts of the college is to provide good facility to all the employees and have competent teaching staff to import high quality education and training programme. We havearound 300 students studying in the collegecoming from OBC, SC, ST, Divyang andother minority groups.

The college hasfull-fledged lab facilities in Psychology, Educational technology, Physical Science, Biological Science, Mathematics , Language , and Work experience facilities, drawing and Painting, agriculture, gardening and horticulture, dance,drama - art, music and Toy making.

The College awards each year a number of prizes to the students who have highachievement in academics&in extra-curricular activities. Scholarships and other financial aids are given to deserving students on the basis of merit. Results in the university exams are praise worthy. Many of the students rank holders in the University from BMTTC.

As the college is marching forward in its mission, there are numerous opportunities to be harvested according to the signs of time for better performance in academics as well as form efficient teachers to change the world. The college is capable of winning the race because of the potentiality of the teaching as well as the non teaching members.
